Black Stuff in Tallinn International Horse Show

1.-3. October The Tallinn International Horse Show was held for the 18th time, during which two World Cup stages were held - one in the obstacle course and the other in the school race. The competition days were long and the excitement continued throughout the weekend.

We went there with the Black Stuff team to participate and live with all the competitors. In addition to Black Stuff Estonia members, colleagues from both Latvia and Finland helped us. We were also pleased to welcome Andrius Petrovas to our booth, who won the 3 first places and one third place in various competitions. All of his horses use Black Balance cookies, which are designed for horses.

As a background, Black Stuff has been collaborating for a long time with two Latvian veterinarians, Dana and Nauris Laizans, with whom we have studied the effects of Black Stuff on large animals, especially horses and their microbiome. The results have been eloquent and we will publish their content in more detail shortly. In short, Black Stuff helps:

  • heal on gastric ulcers and intestinal microflora

  • recover faster from joint injuries and laminitis (inflammation of the hoof skin)

  • to behave better in stressful situations, including during competitions

The last point is well characterized by the following video, which we recorded on Saturday night after the CSI2 * -W - 145 cm race, where Andrius Petrovas took third place. The video clearly shows the stress that competition situations can cause horses. In the midst of all this fun, one horse managed to stay calmer than the others. Whether this was now directly due to the consumption of Black Balance cannot be said, but the logic may be correct. According to our data, the respective horse was quite anxious before starting to use the Black Balance product.

Horses consuming Black Balance managed to achieve quite a few pedestals within the Tallinn International Horse Show. Congratulations to Andrius Petrovas and Matas Petraitis as well as to all other participants!

We invite all hobbyists and competitors to take good care of their horse's microbiome. If you want to receive more information on this topic, write to Tarvo@blackstuff.ee or call +372 55514805
